Before returning your item(s):

  • Review our returns and exchanges policy below
  • Contact us at Asgard503@gmail.com with your order number and the reason that you are unhappy with your item (if there is something we can do to make it right we would like to save you the hassle of having to mail it back) 

 

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unworn and unwashed apparel and accessory items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Accepted within 30 calendar days of customer delivery
  • All items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, and any/all hangtags must be attached to the garments
  • If you received free shipping on your order - The order is recalculated and the actual shipping cost of the original shipment is deducted from the refund or exchange credit, please understand that we are a small company and it would hurt us greatly if we had to pay for shipping expenses and restocking costs on non-defective returns.
  • Unless specifically authorized by us, we will not pay return shipping
  • Exchanges will incur shipping costs
  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced by us
  • Refused, unopened, or returned by the carrier for any reason - refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs

 

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Part of our mission is to provide high quality apparel and accessory items. If your item is defective, we want to know and we want to make it right!

Prior to returning your defective item, please contact us at Asgard503@gmail.com with a picture of the defective item and description how our product failed to meet your standards.

  • If you fail to contact us prior to returning the item and we determine that it is not defective, our non-defective return policy will apply 
  • Most defective returns will result in an exchange or store credit, however, because they are so rare, we take each defective return on a case-by-case basis
PURCHASE REFUND
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. *Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.
ITEMS THAT CAN’T BE RETURNED
Any DISCOUNTED, CLEARANCE ITMES, washed, worn, altered, modified, or soiled items cannot be returned. If returned, your purchase will not be refunded.  If however, there is a manufactures defect please consult our "Manufactures Defect" policy.
GIFT RECEIPTS
